With over two decades of experience, I’ve journeyed from a self-taught illustrator and designer to a full-service branding expert. My career has taken me across the globe, from Sydney and London to Montreal and San Francisco, and now, I’m back in my hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina.

As the founder of Stella Creative Studio and co-creator of the Better Brand Academy, I blend strategic marketing, brand building, and business operations expertise. I’ve collaborated across industries from wine and music to education and entrepreneurship, taking on roles that range from hands-on execution to high-level strategy.

I’ve developed a comprehensive Brand Academy grounded in a Brand Matrix framework, equipping businesses with tools to align their identity with strategy and decision-making. Co-Founder and Board Member: We envision a fair Charlotte music scene where our differences make the difference. Our mission is to advocate for an inclusive music ecosystem by engaging venue owners, event producers, and organizations on the value of diversity in music programming, while establishing equitable platforms for all.
The Dean’s List 20 Under 20 List:
Advisory Board Member: This award honors diverse and influential 14-19-year-old leaders. We recognize Gen Z & Gen Alpha individuals who give back to their communities and empower others in all they do.
